Job profit clarity for owner-run service businesses · Central Ohio
Know which jobs actually pay you.
Most owners find out what a job really earned at tax time, if ever. I'll show you your true profit by job, by crew, and by customer type in 2–3 weeks, for a fixed price, so you can set next season's prices on real numbers.
What you get

-
True profit per job and per crew.
Labor, materials, equipment, and fees all counted, not just revenue.

Practical AI setup for quotes, follow-ups, and collections once the numbers are clear.
The offer
Start with a Job Profit Checkup
One fixed price, 2–3 weeks, no hourly billing. You hand over what you already have (QuickBooks, LMN, Jobber, timesheets, receipts). You get a plain-English report showing where you make and lose money, plus the top three fixes, walked through with you in person.
I'm taking on a small number of pilot clients this off-season at a reduced rate in exchange for honest feedback.

Who you'd be working with
I'm Ashton LaCaze. By day I'm a Senior Sales Analyst at a multi-state home services contractor, where my job is figuring out what each job really earns after labor, materials, commissions, and fees.
I've rebuilt commission plans, caught a system error that was making profits look better than they were, built job-profit dashboards, and led a company-wide profit project that finished ahead of schedule.
I also help run my family's small business, where I built the CRM and the tools we use every day. I started LaCaze Business Works to bring that same clarity to owner-run companies here in Columbus.
